Test Drive 1

Welcome to the beta test of BadgerNet, Multiversal Edition! Settle in and enjoy your posting experiences. Everything in this will be non-canon.

Here're some example prompts to play around with. You can make up your own!

1. An embarrassing moment of yours just got posted to the site. Oops!
2. Post your proudest moment to the site.
3. Hiccup Event: Vampires. Everyone affected is a vampire, your choice of what style of vampire.
4. Hiccup Event: Disney Princess. Animals just won't leave you alone!
5. Hiccup Event: Actor. You believe you're an actor playing the role of yourself as a character and you have the props and everything to prove it. Chill offstage and all that.
6. You're livestreaming a dramatic moment in your life.
7. Asking the people on the site for advice on something.

And so on. Be sure to read the rules and FAQ before posting.

[Q'uila nods along in sympathetic agreement to the skeleton's plight until he mentions the last thing. Two amber eyes squint at her tomephone.]

Steals your...spare bones? My friend, I think you work very differently to the skeletons I am accustomed to.

Differently...? How do your skeletons work?

[Don't all skeletons make piles of spare bones to use for attacks, and gift-giving, and any other excuse to parades bones around? Except for his own brother, but honestly, Sans is too lazy to be a good example of anything.]

[The skeleton is so well-meaning that Q'uila almost hesitates to break his dark.]

Well...I suppose for starters the skeleton's here are far less dynamic and they lack the capacity to talk.

Generally they tend towards the 'murder you and tear you limb from limb' variety.

What??? Oh my god, are you from a horror movie??

[He's seen a few zombie films in his time, and it sure goes to show what a complicated relationship so many people have with their own skeletons.]

[Q'uila splutters out a surprised laugh at Papyrus' reaction, her sharp fangs flashing as she giggles.]

Not as far as I am aware. We do have an issue with necromancers though most of the time the skeletons are animated by residual aether, like an echo or an imprint of a soul left behind. 'Tis not really my area of expertise, my talents lie more in the realm of stopping such creatures. [She gives a sheepish little shrug. Normally people don't take admissions of culling beings like themselves very well but it is what it is.]

Well. [That's a lot to process, even with his exposure to Undyne's vehement human-hunting intentions. It's a different feeling, being on the potentially target side of the matter.]

There is... no need to stop me! I am definitely not an echo or imprint or any of those things. I'm just a skeleton monster, and have been, since I was a babybones.
