the basti have the funny legs where they walk on the balls of their feet and they have muzzles. vulpecians like my avvie don't, but we do have the ears and tail.

given that I'm from my 2040's that would do it, yeah. What year is it where you are?

Kitsune, and gumiho and huji ling and the like, get tails as they age according to the stories. It correlates with being magical badasses cause those tend to live that long, but spiritual power isn't the cause of it.

Unless you're a white guy writing something mangaesque or something.
